500 gm milk chocolate
250 gm whipped cream
500 gm milk chocolate
800 gm almond praline
200 gm cornflakes-chocos
For Frosting
250 gm fresh cream
480 gm milk chocolate
For Garnishing
100 ml sunflower oil
Step 1 / 4 Prepare The Base
To begin with this easy recipe, start with the base. Melt milk chocolate and temper it, mix it in the praline paste and add feuillantine to it. In absence of feuillantine, you can also use chocolate flavoured corn flakes. Arrange the mix in a tray or desired mould to form a base of the bar.
Step 2 / 4 Make The Ganache
Make a milk chocolate ganache by heating the fresh cream and pouring it over the milk chocolate and mix it with the help of whisk.
Step 3 / 4 Mix Whipped Cream And Ganache
Fold whipped cream in the ganache and spread it over the feuillantine base. Let it set in walk in chiller overnight.
Step 4 / 4 Indulge!
Melt milk chocolate and add sunflower oil to it. Bring the mixture to 35 C. Dip the heaven bar in it. Let it set. Serve it at room temperature.
