This delicious sandwich is super easy to make and will take less than 20 minutes of your time.

All you need is some fresh vegetables for the sandwich along with one small cup of oats soaked in water. 

The vegetables mentioned in the recipe can be replaced with other vegetables that you like too. 

The sandwich is called a garden sandwich is because of the vegetables added in it. 

The sauces that you add will eventually give the taste to it and then season it with some salt and pepper.

Make this sandwich for your loved ones and for yourself when you don’t feel like cooking anything fancy but still want to stick to your healthy routine.

24 slices bread

30 gm lettuce

30 gm onion rings

6 slices tomato

6 slices cucumber

10 gm american corn kernels

6 black olives

6 pieces capsicum (green pepper)

10 gm mayonnaise

5 gm oats

5 ml salad oil

salt as required

black pepper as required

Step 1 / 3 Cut The Bread Loaf In Two Parts

Cut the Oats French Loaf into 2 halves. (Can use store-bought bread) Apply the mayonnaise on both halves.

Step 2 / 3 Marinate The Vegetables And Spread Them On The Bread Slices

Marinate all the vegetables with salad oil and seasoning. Spread all the vegetables on one half of the bread. Spread the washed oats on top of the vegetables.

Step 3 / 3 Add On The Cheese Slices, Heat The Sandwich And Serve!

Place the cheese slice on top. Cover with the other half and toast. Serve Hot.
