INGREDIENTS OF CHURROS WITH THANDAI DIP

4 Servings

1/4 cup butter

1 cup refined flour

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

4 egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup fresh cream

4 tablespoon powdered sugar

2 tablespoon thandai powder

2 egg yolk

1/2 tablespoon corn flour

HOW TO MAKE CHURROS WITH THANDAI DIP

Step 1 / 4 Prepare Batter For Churros

Add 1 cup water and butter to a pot. Bring to a boil and switch off the heat. Add refined flour, vanilla extract and mix well to combine the ingredients. Now add the eggs, one by one and mix well to prepare a thick and smooth batter.

Step 2 / 4 Fry The Churros

Heat oil in a pot. Fill the batter in a piping bag. Squeeze out the batter in hot oil in the shape of churros. Fry until golden brown in colour. Take out the churros on a napkin.

Step 3 / 4 Thandi Dip Preparation

Put a pan on medium heat. Add milk, fresh cream, sugar and thandai powder. Whisk well and bring to a boil. Now whisk the egg yolks and pour them in the pan along with corn flour.

Whisk well and again bring to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Now switch off the heat and whisk continuously. The mixture will thicken.

Step 4 / 4 Ready To Be Served

Pour the Thandai Dip in a serving bowl and serve with churros. Enjoy!
