8 pieces chicken nuggets
salt as required
2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 bunch baby lettuce
5 leaves rocket leaves
1/2 bunch mint leaves
black pepper as required
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 roma tomato
For Garnishing
1 egg
How to make Chicken Salad
Step 1 Cut the veggies
To start with, chop lettuce and mint leaves on a chopping board. Boil the egg in a pan and keep it aside to cool. When cooled, slice the eggs into thin round slices. This will be used later for garnishing. Dice the tomatoes and keep aside.
Step 2 Toss the chicken nuggets
Take a deep bottomed pan with a little oil and toss the chicken nuggets on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
Step 3 Mix everything together and serve!
Once the chicken nuggets are cooked through, add them to a bowl along with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, mint leaves, rocket leaves, vinegar, pepper, mayonnaise, black pepper and salt. Mix well and serve with a garnish of egg rings.
