1 1/2 cup boiled kala chana
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
salt as required
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 medium raw mango
chaat masala powder as required
40 gm boondi
garlic as required
Step 1 / 4 Saute The Ingredients
Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies and cook. Also, add boiled kale chane and sauté lightly on low heat.
Step 2 / 4 Add Spices And Roast
Later add coriander powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and dried mango powder and sauté on low heat.
Step 3 / 4 Do The Plating
Chop coriander leaves and add along with salt and mix. Transfer the chane mixture and boondi into a bowl. Sprinkle lemon juice, onion, tomato, raw mango, chaat masala, and garlic and chana and boondi over it.
