If you have some celery lying in your fridge, and you don't know how to use it, then try this Celery Linguini recipe! This is an easy-to-make pasta recipe for which you don't need fancy ingredients.
All you need is the celery stalk and leaves long with some chopped garlic, lime zest and lemon juice.
Top with some parmesan cheese and your pasta will be ready in minutes.

200 gm pasta linguine
1 stalk sliced celery
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
salt as required
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 chopped red chilli
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 sprigs chopped celery
Step 1 / 4 Boil The Pasta For 10-12 Minutes
To prepare this delicious dish, put a pan filled with water on a medium flame for boiling. Add salt as per taste and let it boil. When you get 3-4 boils, add the pasta and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2 / 4 Saute Garlic With Red Chilli And Celery
In the meantime, put olive oil in a warm pan over medium flame and add chopped garlic in it. Saute for 2-3 minutes till garlic is softened, and then add a pinch of salt and chopped red chilli. Stir well and cook for a minute, then add the sliced celery in it and cook together for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 3 / 4 Cook The Celery Sauce
Now, add 3 tablespoons of pasta water in the pan along with lemon juice. Mix well and let the sauce cook until it thickens a little bit about 2 minutes.
Step 4 / 4 Cook Pasta In Celery Sauce And Top With Parmesan Cheese
Finally, add boiled pasta to the pan and mix nicely with the celery sauce. Now, add lemon zest and chopped leaves over the pasta and give another mix. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve hot
