These flowers are blue in colour, which gives the tea its bluish hue.

To prepare this tea, you just need a handful of ingredients like- Aparjita flowers, water, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Blue Tea provides a lot of benefits.

Right from improving eye health and strengthening the heart to providing a good dose of antioxidants, Aparjta Tea can also control blood sugar levels, if had between meals.

This tea is a zero-caffeine product, which amps up its health quotient. Butterfly Pea Tea also lowers stress levels, combats premature hair loss and even has anti-ageing properties.

We have added some grated ginger, lemon and honey to the tea, which brings out its flavours in a better way.

You can add cinnamon, cardamom or clove while boiling the tea to give it a spicy touch.
