INGREDIENTS OF BERRY ICE CREAM

2 Servings

1 1/2 cup mixed berries

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1 cup fresh cream

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2 tablespoon crushed peanuts

1 water as required

HOW TO MAKE BERRY ICE CREAM

Step 1 / 4 Make The Berry Jam

To begin with this easy recipe, take 1 ½ cup of mixed berries. If you are making a berry ice cream with dried berries, then soak them in some warm water for 30 minutes and make a jam.

Step 2 / 4 Stir And Blend

To make the jam, take a pan and pour the blend of berries, add water, sugar and keep stirring till it attains a smooth consistency. Turn off the flame and allow to cool, then blend again and keep aside.

Step 3 / 4 Whisk The Cream

Next, take a large bowl and add 1 cup cold fresh cream, 1 cup greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, using a whisker, beat the mixture till it turns foamy and creamy.

Step 4 / 4 Garnish And Dig In!

Continue for another 15 minutes and pour in 2 tablespoons of honey and mixed berry jam, whisk for another 15 minutes, pour it in an ice cream tin, freeze the ice cream for 7hours and serve this with berries and dig in!
