A perfect rich, fudgy, and gooey Dessert- Brownie
When you need a perfectly sweet chocolate fix that comes together in just a few minutes homemade brownies cannot be beaten!
Ingredients
• Cocoa powder
• Butter
• Sugar
• Coffee
• Vanilla extract
• Chocolate chips
• salt
Directions
1. Add your butter, eggs, coffee, and vanilla to a large bowl then whisk together.
2. Add the sugars to the mixture.
3. Mix the mixture together until it's nice and smooth.
4. Sift in the flour, salt, and cocoa powder.
5. Stir the mixture together until just combined.
6. In a separate bowl, combine the chocolate chips or pieces. While you've got the spatula out, scrape the bottom of the bowl to make sure there aren't any pockets of unmixed ingredients hanging around.
7. Transfer the batter to a lined baking dish and smooth it to the corners then bake. Finally, take the pan out of the oven and set it aside to cool completely before cutting.
