A mouth watering snack made out of our fav noodles with lots of vegetables to make it healthy and it's a perfect snack to munch.

Maggi is a popular snack among children, and we are always seeking for new ways to prepare it. These are crispy from outside and soft from inside which makes everyone mouthwatering. Mainly it is prepared from cooked maggi, All the required ingredients to make this quick maggi pakoda are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets.You can also serve it as and party snack/ appetizer/ starter, it also tastes really good with evening tea.

INGREDIENTS

for maggi:

• ¾ cup water

• 1 pack maggi tastemaker

• 1 pack maggi

for pakoda:

• 1 cup cabbage (shredded)

• 1 carrot (julienne)

• 1 onion (sliced)

• ½ capsicum (sliced)

• 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

• ½ tsp ginger garlic paste

• 1 chilli (finely chopped)

• ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

• ½ tsp chaat masala

• ¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds

• ½ tsp salt

• ¾ cup besan / gram flour

• ¼ cup corn flour

• 2 tbsp rice flour

• oil for frying

How To Make

1. Firstly, in tawa heat ¾ cup water and stir in 1 pack maggi tastemaker.

2. Break 1 pack of Maggi after the water comes to a boil.

3. stir and cook until maggi softens and water evaporates.( do not overcook the noodles. keep aside.)

4. take 1 cup cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 capsicum, and 2 tbsp spring onion in a big mixing bowld

5. add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chilli, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain, and 1/2 tsp salt

6. Add 3/4 cup besan and 1/4 cup corn flour to the mix.

7. Squeeze and combine until a thick mixture is formed

8. Now add in the maggi that has been prepared.

9. Gently combine them without breaking

10. pinch a small ball sized mixture and drop in hot oil.

11. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pakoda is brown and crisp.

12. Finally, serve with tomato sauce or green chutney
