India's Active caseload stands at 76 thousand 766. The active cases account for less than one percent of total cases and is currently at 0.22 percent, the lowest since March 2020. The recovery rate is currently at 98.40 percent, the highest since March,2020. A total of 7 thousand 91 people recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over three crore 42 lakh and 30 thousand.
The weekly positivity rate currently stands at 0.62 percent which is less than one percent for the last 42 days. Daily positivity rate is at 0.74 percent which is less than two percent for last 83 days.
Over 66 crore 19 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than 9 lakh 45 thousand tests were conducted.
