Ingredients of Karela Seekh Kebab

8 Servings

2 bitter gourd

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon chopped ginger

100 gm spinach

1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper

1/2 cup khoya

1/2 cup gram flour (besan)

1 tablespoon ghee

2 tablespoon minced garlic

100 gm green beans

200 grated potato

5 almonds

50 gm corn

salt as required

How to make Karela Seekh Kebab

Step 1 Heat ghee

Add ghee to a pan and let it heat. Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and saute till golden brown.

Step 2 Saute the bitter gourd

Add Karela, beans, potatoes, black pepper and salt. Let it cook for about a couple of minutes.

Step 3 Prepare a dough-like mixture

Then add almonds, khoya, and corn. Now add roasted gram flour to make the mixture into a dough.

Step 4 Make kebabs

Make kebabs with this dough, insert into the tandoor rod for roasting and put them inside the tandoor to roast them.

Step 5 Ready to be served

Once roasted, serve with mint and chilli chutney.
