India administers more than 159.67 crore COVID vaccine doses; Recovery rate stands at 93.69 percent
The weekly positivity rate currently stands at 16.06 percent while the Daily positivity rate is at 16.41 percent
More than 159 crore 67 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said, more than 73 lakh 38 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours. The Ministry said a total of three lakh 17 thousand 532 'new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
India's Active caseload stands at 19 lakh 24 thousand 51 and it is currently at 5.03 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 93.69 percent. A total of two lakh 23 thousand 990 people recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over three crore 58 lakh and 7 thousand. A total of 9 thousand 287 Omicron cases have been detected so far; showing an increase of 3.63 percent since yesterday
