India administered over 179.53 crore COVID vaccine doses under Nationwide Vaccination Drive

More than 179 crore 53 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said, more than 18 lakh 23 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours. The Ministry said a total of 4 thousand 184 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.

India's Active caseload currently stands at 44 thousand 488 and it is at 0.10 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.70 percent. A total of 6 thousand 544 people recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over 4 crore 24 lakh and 20 thousand.

The weekly positivity rate currently stands at 0.58 percent while the Daily positivity rate is at 0.48 percent. A total of 77 crore 60 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than 8 lakh 73 thousand tests were conducted.
