Maharashtra caretaker chief minister Eknath Shinde was admitted to a private hospital in Thane after his health showed no signs of improvement.
According to news agency, doctors advised Shinde for a full examination of his health.
This comes days after Shinde returned to Mumbai from his native village in Satara recuperate from illness.
