Harnaaz chose a silk shirt adorned in green with a collar and hand-painted tropical designs in white. The shirt has a button-up front and large collars. It also has full sleeves with closed cuffs. The collected element on the torso further highlighted the 21-year-old model's statuesque body. Harnaaz paired the silk shirt with a pair of white tropical printed high-waisted pants. The straight-fit bottoms helped the Miss Universe nail fashion like a professional.
