Khanderao market in Vadodara shifted to Polo Ground

Decision taken in view of preventive measures taken against Coronvirus

The famous and ever crowded Khanderao market in Vadodara is shifted to Polo Ground in view of the Coronavirus scare. The step is part of the preventive measures taken by the VMSS to stop gathering of people at one spot to break the spreading of virus.

As per the decision taken by the administration the market is shifted temporarily to the open Polo Ground area and sellers are requested to sit in their alloted provided space. The notification further stated that they have to sit in a single line and in their number alloted by the VMSS.

People are also requested to purchase the items in such a way to avoid gathering of crowd at one place. The vegetable and fruit sellers are not allowed to sit inside the market or the adjoining roads during the notification in place.
