GSPCA and Wildlife SOS volunteers on Sunday rescued a 9 feet long Indian Python from Kayavarohan village. They later handover it to the forest department.
The wildlife members received the call from Bharatbhai Patel of Dabhoi Taluka about the presence of Python in nearby bushes of the field. The team reached the spot and rescued it within 10 to 15 minutes and later handover it to the forest department.
The Indian Python is about 9 feet long and comes under schedule 1 in wildlife act.
