Indian Army Konark Desert Cycle expedition reached Jaisalmer

Konark cycling expedition comprising of 20 members was flagged off from Jodhpur on 03 March reached Jaisalmer on 05 March 2020 (Second day) covering a distance of 120 kms from Pokhran. The team interacted with Veterans and Veer Naris of Jaisalmer district in the presence of General Officer Commanding Battle Axe Division.

The cycling team members also visited Amy Public School Jaisalmer and interacted with the students. They delivered a motivational talk to the students of Army Public School Jaisalmer.

The cycling team will cover a distance of 1750 kms and will travel Jodhpur-Pokhran-Jaisalmer-Suigam-Bhuj-Santhalpur-Abu Road-Jodhpur over a períod of 10 days. During the expedition they will interact with Veterans, Veer Naris and Students at various places.
