Addressing the Civil Servants on the occasion of Civil Services Day in Delhi on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that young civil servants will play the most important role for development of a New India during the Amrit Kaal.
He said that despite COVID-19 pandemic, India is the world’s fifth biggest economy, and the world’s third biggest startup ecosystem.
The PM added that it is our collective responsibility to fulfill the dreams of the freedom fighters in the Amrit Kaal.
PM Modi also presented the Prime Minister's Awards for Excellence in Public Administration on the occasion.
