Three terrorists gunned down by security forces in J&K

The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, three terrorists have been gunned down in an encounter began last evening at Drubgaam village in Rajpora area of Pulwama district.
One terrorist was neutralized last evening in the initial exchange of fire during the gunfight and two more were killed this morning.
The gunfight began after security forces laid a Cordon and Search Operation after receiving specific intelligence input about the presence of terrorists in Drubgaam village.
Kashmir Zone Police said in a tweet, quoting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, that all the three slain terrorists were locals and were linked with proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba.
One terrorist has been identified as Junaid Sheergojri, involved in the killing of unarmed police constable Reyaz Ahmad at his residential house at Gadoora area of Pulwama on 13th of last month.
The other two terrorists have been identified as Fazil Nazir Bhat & Irfan Ahmad Malik of Pulwama district.
Incriminating materials, arms and ammunition including 02 AK 47 Rifles and 01 Pistol have been recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists.
