The formal procedures of pre-Prana Pratistha sacraments of Ram Lala will start today in Ayodhya. 

These rituals will continue till January 21 and then on January 22, the consecration ceremony will be held in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that the Pran Pratishtha program will start at 12:20 and will end by 1:00 pm on 22nd January, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Chairman Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel along with all the trustees and saints and religious leaders of more than 150 traditions, sects and distinguished dignitaries from various fields will be present. 

At the time of Pran Pratishtha, the engineers and workers who built the Ram temple will also be included. Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, said that Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid has determined the time of Pratistha to be during Abhijeet Nakshatra and the entire ritual of consecration will be done under the supervision of Laxmikant Dixit ji of Varanasi.

He informed that the idol of Ram Lala is a form of a child weighing 150 to 200 kg. 

Before the Prana Pratistha, the idol will be placed in water, fruits, and other things as a ritual.

He also clarified that to finalize the program of Prana Pratistha, the darshan of Ram Lalla will remain closed on the 20th and 21st of January.
