LPG rates for commercial cylinders increased by Rs 103.50 on Wednesday. The price increase will take effect immediately.

Commercial 19 kilogram cylinders would cost Rs 2,104 in Delhi starting today, up from Rs 2000.50 previously. In Kolkata, the price of a commercial gas cylinder has risen by Rs 101 to Rs 2,174.5. It was formerly priced at Rs 2073.5. The price of commercial gas in Mumbai has increased to Rs 2,051. Previously, the cost was Rs 1,950. Here, there has been a 101-rupee hike. At the same time, the cost of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has risen to Rs 2,234.50 in Chennai. Previously, the cost was Rs 2,133.

The good news is that the petroleum companies are not increasing the number of home LPG cylinders. A non-subsidized 14.2 kilogram home cylinder will cost Rs 899.50 per bottle in Delhi, while the new tariff for a 5kg domestic cylinder is Rs 502.
