India successfully tests advanced "Sea to Sea" variant of BrahMos missile from INS Visakhapatnam

India today successfully tested advanced sea to sea variant of BrahMos Supersonic Cruise missile from INS Visakhapatnam. Defence Research and Development Organisation, DRDO said the missile hit the designated target ship precisely.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has congratulated the team work of Indian Navy and DRDO. In a tweet, Mr. Singh said, the robustness of Indian Navy mission readiness is reconfirmed today after a successful launch of the advanced version of BrahMos Missile.
