HM Amit Shah to inaugurate conference of Superintendents of Police in Assam
The Home Minister will also attend the North Eastern Council meet in Guwahati this morning
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate a conference of Superintendents of Police (SPs) at Dergaon in Assam today evening.
Along with SPs from across the state, other senior cops are also taking part in the two-day conference.
The Home Minister will also witness the motor cycle show and physical exercises to be presented by the Assam police teams.
He will also inaugurate the convention centre where the conference is going to be held.
The two-day conference is likely to hold discussion on present law and order situation of the state, people's friendly measures among other issues.
