Election Commission publishes draft voter list for Madhya Pradesh following SIR Exercise

Today, the draft electoral roll has been published in all 230 Assembly constituencies of Madhya Pradesh.

This is an important opportunity for voters to add their names, make corrections, or get names deleted from the voter list.

 

Akashvani’s correspondent reports that today, the draft electoral roll was published in all 230 Assembly constituencies across Madhya Pradesh.

From 10 AM onwards, the draft voter list has been made available at all polling stations, where voters can check their names. In Jabalpur district, BLO Anil Kewat shared details about the process.

 

As per the directions of the Election Commission III, names of deceased voters, shifted voters, and duplicate entries have been removed under the Special Intensive Revision process. 

Voters whose names are not included in the list can submit claims and objections with the required documents. Claims and objections will be accepted till 22 January 2026, while the final voter list will be published on 21 February 2026.
