Counting of votes underway for J&K and Haryana Assembly Elections

The counting of votes is in progress for Assembly Elections in Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana.

The latest trends indicate that the National Conference and Congress alliance is leading in 90-member Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ahead in 90-member Haryana Legislative Assembly.

In Jammu and Kashmir, eight results have been declared so far. BJP have bagged five seats. The Party candidates registered wins in Chenani, Udhampur East, Billawar, Basholi and Jammu West seats.

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference have won three seats. The constituencies are Gurez, Hazratbal and Zadibal.
