The ceremony starts at 12 noon with preparations from 10 AM, featuring a 150x80-foot stage costing about ₹10 lakh and Shahi Biryani for 400 guests. Around 2,000-3,000 volunteers manage crowds and traffic on National Highway 12, with total costs estimated at ₹60- The mosque will be a smaller-scale replica, with construction projected to take three years.

 Authorities deployed forces following a High Court directive amid fears of unrest in the communally sensitive area. BJP leaders like Arjun Singh issued warnings against the event, heightening political friction ahead of Bengal elections. Kabir faces pressure after land donors withdrew due to administrative concerns.

 Kabir announced similar plans in 2024 and was suspended by TMC for defying party directives, prompting him to plan a new party for 135 seats. The event has deepened communal polarization, with parallel Ram Temple replica proposals by Hindutva groups. Muslim leaders from across India are attending.
