After Gujarat, CM Kejriwal to Visit Punjab Tomorrow

"Punjab wants change. The only hope is the Aam Aadmi Party. See you tomorrow at Amritsar," Mr Kejriwal, who is also Delhi Chief Minister, tweeted in Punjabi.
During the visit, Mr Kejriwal is likely to induct former IPS officer Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh who was part of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) that conducted probe in police firing incident in Kotkapura in 2015.
This will be his second visit to the state in nearly three months.
During his last visit in March, Mr Kejriwal hit out at the Amarinder Singh-led Punjab government, accusing it of not keeping its poll promises and deceiving people.
In the last polls held in 2017, AAP was able to secure 20 out of 117 assembly seats. The elections are most likely to be held in the state in February or March 2022.
