    Low lying areas waterlogged as people moves to safer places
    Heavy rains lashed Vadodara last night on Sunday as the city received 45 mm rainfall from 10 pm to 8 am in the morning. Low lying areas are waterlogged as people moves to safer places to save their belongings and also from water borne diseases.

    After a long interval Vadodara finally received heavy showers on Sunday night. Starts from 10 pm the rains continued till early morning on Monday. Low lying areas are waterlogged due to heavy downpour and people moves to safer places with their belongings to save themselves.

    As the city is also fighting the Corona pandemic and the rains bring more problems to people who are already fighting to prevent themselves from the infection. Now they fear of water borne diseases and moves to safer places.

    Administration is working to clean the roads and areas as the rain waters entered inside houses and societies. Disinfectants are sprayed to prevent spread of water borne diseases.
