Hardeep Singh Puri performs Bhoomi Poojan ceremony of Central Vista Avenue

Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri today performed the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony of Central Vista Avenue in New Delhi. With this, the work has started for the development and redevelopment of Central Vista Avenue has started.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone of the New Parliament Building in the Parliament House Complex on the 10th of December last year. Government had approved a proposal for development of Central Vista Avenue with an estimated cost of over six hundred crore rupees last year. Central Public Works Department has been entrusted to carry out this important work.
