“It was a scary experience as they were not allowed anywhere due to the
city shut down after the Coronavirus epidemic spread in the country. It was
tough to stay there as I found problem in getting water during the time.
However teachers are helpful as they provide us the food and other necessary
things. The Chinese goverment was equally helpful to control the virus. But as
the situation is tense there our main objective is to come back to India and
it’s a relief after finally reached home,” said Shreya.
All of them
are kept in the special quarantine facility of the ITBP in southwest Delhi’s
Chhawla area and Army facility in Manesar near Delhi. After 18 days the
students of Gujarat reached their home cleared for having no infection about
the virus. Shreya reached Vadodara at 7am and the family is on cloud nine to
find their daughter healthy. They distribute sweets and celebrate the return of
Shreya from the virus hit Wuhan city in China.

now waiting for the situation to get in control and continue her studies.
“The Chinese government is making serious efforts to control the virus
outbreak to spread further. They sprayed the medicines daily and we all are
given masks to wear and save ourselves from get infected. At present the
situation is not good there and we will be having online classes. But as soon
as the situation get back to normal I will go back and continue my
studies,” said Shreya.
There is a
environment of happiness in the Jaiman family as their daughter arrived home
safely. “During the quarantine stay we always talk to her and get to know
about the situation there particularly the medical tests and checking. The
treatment at the facilities are good and we are happy to welcome Shreya good
and healthy. The whole family is happy with her return,” said parents of
Shreya Jaiman.

have to boil it before drink. He thanked both the governments for their safe
return back home.
