In this comprehensive survey, MSUB has been ranked:

• 1st in Gujarat State in the category of ‘State Multi Disciplinary University as a State University.’

• 19th at the All India Level in the ‘State Multi Disciplinary University / MERU (Multi Disciplinary Education and Research University) as a State University.’

• 3rd in the Western Zone as a State University MERU (Multi Disciplinary Education and Research University) as a State University and Overall 5th rank in the Western Zone including central University and Private University

The “THE WEEK-Hansa Research Best Universities Survey 2024” employed a robust methodology to evaluate universities across India. 

The “THE WEEK-Hansa Research Best Universities Survey 2024” evaluated universities across India using a detailed methodology. Eligibility required UGC recognition, full-time postgraduate courses in at least two disciplines, and at least three graduated batches. 

A primary survey involved 318 academic experts ranking the top 20 universities. Scores were based on nominations and ranks received (perceptual score) and data on accreditation, infrastructure, faculty, research, and student metrics (factual score). 

A dedicated website collected this information. The final score was a combination of perceptual (400) and factual (600) scores, ensuring comprehensive evaluation.
