Vadodara police used drones to crack down on illegal liquor breweries operating in outskirts of city

First time High end drones are used by the Vadodara police to crack down on illegal liquor breweries operating in outskirts areas of the city. The drone surveillance help police to reach the areas which are not visible and accessible and busted the illegal breweries.
The breweries are situated in dense and ravine areas outskirts of the city and operated in hidden areas. On instructions of police commissioner and other senior officials, crime branch PI R.A. Jadeja and PCB (Prevention of crime branch) PI J. J Patel formed different teams and found illegal breweries operating at Laliyapura, Bil, Talsat Vadsar, Ranoli Koyli, Chhani rural with the help of drones. The team siezed 113 litres of local liquor, 7690 litres of wash used in making liquor and other items from 10 places and registered prohibition cases at different police stations.
"The breweries are operating in hidden areas which are not easily visible and accessible, so we use high end drones to spot such areas and out teams cracked down on them. This time we use two drones for survillance and will continue to check on such activities in future too, " Said Jaydeepsinh Jadeja DCP Crime.
