Two from Ahmedabad break into India Top 20 in JEE

Two teenagers from the city are among the top 20 in the rank list of the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main for IITs. Both come from middle-class backgrounds and wish to pursue computer engineering at IIT Bombay.

Kaushal Vijayvergiya, the son of a bank manager father and a homemaker mother, scored full marks in all three subjects - 100 each in mathematics, physics and chemistry.

He said that chemistry was "a bit tough" and that he had worked hard after he could not score very good marks in the test papers in September and October.
