Thieves target central medical store inside SSG hospital in Vadodara and stole repairing kit tools from the oxygen room. Raopura police is further investigating in the matter after accessing the cctv footage.
Incidents of burglary in the city is on rise for past couple of days and this time the thieves target the SSG. Last night they broke through the wall of Sayaji Hospital's Central Medical Store and stole the tools of the repair kit.
As per available details, the employees of the Central Medical Store of Sayaji Hospital reached and open the store in the morning. On their way to the store room, they were shocked to see the goods scattered in a biomedical workshop. Upon further investigation, they found a gap and the recently installed cctv lying on the table. Biomedical engineers are repairing equipment at this biomedical store. Employees checked the oxygen room next to it after saw the locks were broken. They saw the contents of the cupboards in the oxygen room scattered and immediately informed the higher authorities.
The officer of Central Medical Store, Dr. Jagruti Chauhan arrived at the store. Where the thieves are said to have stolen equipment repairing tools from the biomedical workshop during the investigation. The thieves did not steal oxygen cylinders or any other items. However, further investigation by the police will reveal exactly what items were stolen.
She said the incident was reported to the Raopura police who Rawapura police who arrived the spot and are investigating. Police get the cctv footage and started searching for the accused.
