Second phase of "Athashri Vadodara" launched by Paranjape Schemes at Ajwa, Nimeta

Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. (PSCL) one of the leading real estate companies in India is specially recognized for their senior living housing project branded as "Athashri" launched their second phase in Vadodara. The decision came in after the good response of 1st phase and demand in senior living segment of real estate especially after pandemic. Their first phase of "Athashri"-Vadodara was launched the year 2016.

The launch of this phase II of the project was announced by Shashank Paranjape - MD, Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Limited during a Press Conference held in the city today. This creates an unsafe and lonely environment for their senior parents who stay back. Our "Athashri" – senior living housing project precisely caters to such seniors and aims at providing them with essential facilities by catering to their housing, personal and medical needs."

The price range for 1 BHK would be between Rs. 22 lakhs and Rs. 30.50 lakhs & 2 BHK would be between Rs. 32.85 lakhs and Rs. 40 lakhs. Apart from this additional maintenance charges will be applicable.
