Jadeja reached his half-century off just 75 balls, smashing three boundaries and four sixes. With his fourth six of the innings, he overtook MS Dhoni’s record of 78 sixes in Test matches.
- MS Dhoni: 78 sixes in 90 Tests
- Ravindra Jadeja: 79 sixes in 86 Tests
Impressively, Jadeja hit his 79th six on the 7,111th ball of his Test career, whereas Dhoni took 8,104 deliveries to reach 78 sixes.

- Rishabh Pant – 90 sixes

- Rohit Sharma – 88 sixes
- Ravindra Jadeja – 79 sixes
Given his current form, Jadeja is well on track to leapfrog Rohit and challenge the top spot in the near future.
💯 KL Rahul Hits Century on Home Soil

This marks Rahul’s second Test century against West Indies, and his first at home since his near double-century (199 runs) against England in 2016.
