Policemen involved in beating a shopkeeper in Vadodara suspended

Taking a strict action, both the policemen involved in beating a pan shop owner have been suspended. A video of Manjalpur police gone viral on social media where both of them seen beating the shop owner. Taking a strong note on it Vadodara police officials after the inquiry suspended both the policemen.

In the viral video the two jawans of Manjalpur police were seen beating the shopkeeper mercilessly even though he is pleading before them. They slapped and kicked him and even tore his t shirt which is clearly seen in the video. The shopkeeper is said to be opened even after the curfew time starting from 10pm.

Taking a strong note the top police officials termed this kind of behavior can not be tolerated and gives an inquiry to ACP Kumpawat. After the inquiry both policemen Thakorbhai and Harishbhai have been suspended and gives an example before others.
