Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to address six election rallies in Gujarat on May 1 and 2, party sources said on Wednesday.
These rallies will be held at Deesa, Himmatnagar, Anand, Wadhwan, Junagadh and Jamnagar.
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi and other leaders will also address rallies in the state.
State BJP sources said PM Modi will address two election rallies at Himmatnagar and Deesa on May 1.
He will address four election rallies on May 2 at Anand, Wadhwan, Junagadh and Jamnagar. The PM will spend the night of May 1 in Gandhinagar.
State Congress leaders said on Wednesday that national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi will address a rally at Dharampur in Valsad district on April 27.
On April 28, party leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi will address the media in Ahmedabad.
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi will address a rally at Patan in north Gujarat on April 29.
Other party functionaries like Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel, Alka Lamba, Pawan Khera, Supriya Shrinate, Kanhaiya Kumar, Imran Pratapgarhi and others will address election rallies, a party statement said.
Voting for 25 Lok Sabha seats and five assembly seats will be held in Gujarat on May 7.
