The Theater Company is launched in cultural city of Vadodara with an aim to provide a platform to emerging artists. A show of the play "Lockdown Liaisons" has been organized on the occasion of the launch featuring famous theatre artists Lillete Dubey, Ira Dubey and Joy Sengupta.

In addition to teaching cultural drama to emerging artists, it also provides guidance to the artist and complete information on how to get ahead in this field. "The Theater Company wants to bring English, Gujarati as well as Hindi plays to city in future for the thetre lovers. The funds raised through this will provide financial support to emerging artists to come forward. Our aim is to give platform to artists who are not getting this chance to prove their talent,"said Suresh Chandan founder of The Theatre Company.

He added, they wants to promote artists who have a talent but can't reach people and they will try to help them reach their audience. The Theater Company aims to make the new generation aware of the importance of this traditional form of drama and performance. They aims to bring a play once in three months in the city.

They bring the show of the play "Lockdown Liaisons" on the occasion of the launch featuring famous theatre artists Lillete Dubey, Ira Dubey and Joy Sengupta. It's all about the selected five plays revolve around the pandemic and the artists tries to show the impact of the time on everyone's life. Lockdown Liaisons is written by Shobhaa De.

"We chose five stories representing different sections of the society and impact of lockdown on them. We all have our experiences and we try to bring them on stage to connect with the people. It's really a happy moment for the artists like us to back on stage after the lockdown and this is our first out station show except Mumbai," said Lillete Dubey.
