The FSL report in the case of mysterious death and rape of a young woman inside the train in Valsad train did not mention that she was raped. The report comes out as negative and the final cause of death was asphyxia due to hanging. Railway DySP B.S. Jadhav and member of Special Investigation Team gave details about the report and said the investigation will be continued on the basis of other circumstantial evidence besides the injuries inflicted on the girl's private parts.

DYSP BS Jadhav further said that according to the FSL report, the death of the victim was due to suffocation. There are still many reports to come and their investigation is on and more evidence can be found. Adding that the PM report showed injuries on the victim's arm, thigh and private part. The investigation into the rape theory is still ongoing.

It may be mentioned here that many agencies including Ahmedabad Crime Branch, Vadodara Crime Branch, Railway Police, Valsad Police and Gotri Police are investigating the matter. In addition, SIT has been formed to investigate this case. However, the accused in the case have not been identified yet. The investigation into the case has so far yielded only one success as the victim's bicycle was found with the wheels removed by the security guard.

The teams are investigating on every possible lead and hopeful to solve the case soon.
