School of Business & Law, Navrachana University has organized 1st National Virtual Moot Court Competition. It was conducted in three rounds- Preliminary, Semi-final and Final round followed by a valedictory session.

The competition was inaugurated by Justice P.B. Majumdar (Retired Judge of Bombay High Court). There were 12 different teams hailing from esteemed Law Schools and Universities across the country for the same. The Final round of the competition was chaired by Justice Kalpesh Jhaveri (Retired Chief Justice, of Orissa High Court) and Advocate Amit Pai (Advocate-on-record, Supreme Court of India) as esteemed panel of Judges.

The results of the final round were announced in the valedictory session attended by all the dignitaries which include Justice Kalpesh Jhaveri, Advocate Amit Pai, Provost Dr. Nilay Yajnik, Registrar, Dr. Sandeep Vasant, Advocate Jaydeep Verma, Associate Dean Dr. Hitesh Bhatiya, Principal of Law Dr. Sujata Patil and others.

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala declared as winner of the NUV Moot Court Competition followed by Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad as runners up of competition. Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad as Best Memorial and Best Mooter as Prachi Gupta from University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University.
