First EVM randomization conducted at collectorate

The first randomization of EVMs and VVPATs was conducted at the Ahmedabad district collector’s office in the presence of representatives of political parties and govt officials on Saturday.
The collector’s office will start dispatching EVMs and VVPAT systems to all constituencies starting from Monday.
The distribution will be completed in the next three to four days for polling on May 7.
