Concrete mixer truck fell down from overbridge in Vadodara

The driver and cleaner had a close shave after the concrete mixer truck passing over the Fategunj bridge in Vadodara city broke the railing of the bridge and fell down. Both were injured in the accident and were immediately shifted to Sayaji Hospital for treatment.

As per details a concrete mixer truck was passing from Fategunj Bridge in Vadodara city on Sunday when the driver lost control of the steering and the concrete mixer overturned and fell under the bridge. This caused panic among the drivers and the people around. Upon learning of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and sent the driver and cleaner to Sayaji Hospital for treatment and started further investigation into the matter.

The truck and the concrete mixer machine were apart after it crushing down on the road. However, casualties were averted due to low vehicular traffic.

The concrete mixer was going from Dumad to Bhayli when the driver lost control and the truck overturned.
