The victim, Ajitbhai Chhaganbhai Rathod, was suddenly attacked by a crocodile, suffering serious injuries on his leg and thigh. Nearby farmers rushed to his rescue and managed to pull him away from the crocodile.

Ajit Rathod was immediately shifted to a private hospital in Jambusar, and later referred to Vadodara due to the severity of his injuries. The attack has created an atmosphere of fear and concern among the local villagers and farming community.

Locals have urged authorities to take necessary precautions and measures to ensure safety along the riverbanks.
