Minister of State for Home Affairs Pradipsinh Jadeja hoisted the national flag at the Railway Police Parade Ground in Vadodara on the 75th Independence Day. Speaking on the ocassion he said, all the alleged irregularities in housing allocation will be covered in the police investigation.
As part of the celebrations to mark the 5th anniversary of the state government, Minister of State Yogesh Patel drew 382 houses in a program organized at Vadodara Municipal Corporation's Sayajirao Nagar Gruh on August 7. Affordable Housing Department Executive Engineer Pramod Vasava and MIS Expert Nishit Pithwa changed it and put online, in which the names of the beneficiaries of 42 houses were changed. City Engineer Shailesh Mistry has lodged a complaint at Navapura Police Station and both were arrested for the alleged fraud.
Minister Pradipsinh Jadeja said that after getting information about the alleged irregularities in the allotment of houses under the housing scheme, Mayor Keyur Rokadia immediately lodged a police complaint under the approach of transparency. He congratulate them for this prompt action.
