During the search, when they were frisking prisoners, they found a sim card in the trouser pocket of an inmate accused of NDPS Act violations.

According to the FIR, the accused, Sultan Shaikh, a resident of Jogeshwari East in Mumbai, was caught a week ago.

The FIR said they checked Shaikh's cell in Barrack 2 of the Circle Yard 2 but did not find any contraband.
