The maximum temperature is likely to be higher than 40°C for the next two days, according to the IMD forecast.

The IMD has issued heatwave warnings for Porbandar, Junagadh and Gir Somnath with moderate heat concerns for those susceptible to weather change.

From Friday onwards, maximum temperatures are likely to come down slightly.

With high temperatures and high humidity, those in coastal areas are likely to suffer discomfort.
