Currently, the city has 31 active cases, with 4 patients receiving treatment in hospitals and 3 under home isolation.
Among the hospitalized is an 84-year-old male who has been admitted to a private hospital for care. In response to the rising cases, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has set up isolation wards at SVP, Shardaben, and LG hospitals.

Out of them, Five patients are below the age of 30. The oldest patient is reported to be 72-year-old.
